MINERAL WOOL
Mineral wool & fiber-based insulation products are made from natural stone and recycled content. These include boards (slabs), flexible boards (slabs) and wraps (mats). The low thermal conductivity of these materials results in energy savings in areas where it’s needed most. These products do not contain asbestos. They are easy to use, simple to cut, and easy to handle on various job sites. Mineral wool products do not absorb water or hold moisture, therefore they are ideal for applications where moisture is expected to penetrate the system. Mineral fiber insulation is available in the form of bulk fibers, block (boards) and batt (blanket). We offer a large variety of mineral wool products which include different dimensions, compositions, temperature ratings, and applications. We represent two manufacturers of mineral wool products: Rockwool & Owens Corning. (Click to discover more)
